Visits to the office are by appointment only. Please call or email before setting off. Most first conversations are by phone or video, and an in-person meeting can be arranged for a time that suits you.
If you leave a message or send an email, it is read by a person. We answer enquiries in the order they arrive and will always tell you honestly if we are not the right firm for the job.
What happens next
- We read your message. No autoresponder, no sales sequence and no obligation to become a client.
- We arrange a short call. Usually twenty minutes is enough to understand what you need and whether we can help.
- You get a clear quote. If we are a good fit, you receive a written scope and fee before any work starts. If we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere useful.
What you send comes straight to the firm and waits there until somebody has answered it. We read every enquiry ourselves and reply from a person, so please give us an address you actually check.
